Hansjoerg Plaggemars

Mr. Hansjörg Plaggemars is an experienced business manager. From 1990 to 1995, he studied business administration at the University of Bamberg. Since June 2017, Mr. Plaggemars has worked as an independent management consultant and, in the context of projects, as a board member of various companies. He is a member of the board of Delphi Unternehmensberatung AG and was previously a member of the board of Deutsche Balaton AG.
Mr Plaggemars is a Director of Altech Batteries Ltd (formerly Altech Chemicals Limited). Mr. Plaggemars has been a member of the Management Board of Altech Advanced Materials AG since 2018.
Andreas Danner

Mr. Andreas Danner studied Business Administration at the University of Mannheim from 1999 to 2005, specializing in taxation, accounting, and tax law. Since September 2018, Mr. Danner has worked for publicly traded companies and possesses particular knowledge, skills, and experience in both the commercial sector and the capital market.
